Tweaked my back a little on the last rep of the last set -- form suddenly went to crap. Soooo, shoulder presses were a lot lighter than normal.

Sh Press - 95, 115, 115, 125, 125

Did 1/3 Fight Gone Bad (114 points)just because it was set up for the fundamentals class and I've never done it before...I would have done the whole thing, but John and Nick would not do it with me :) and Wayne was too tired from making up yesterday's WOD...

Really, I was just too smoked from yesterday's Filthy Fifty...

DL 1RM is pretty close to 315 & big fan of hook grip ( http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/faq.html#General14), not sure I could have held onto the bar otherwise...now if I could just get my thumbs back into their sockets

First Fight Gone Bad for me today as part of the experiment:
- 252 as rx'd

Wall Balls were my weak spot.

Overall, 19 point difference from the first round to the third round.

form went to crap on the last rep,so I think that's my max

Shoulder press: 135(F)-115-125-135-145(PR)-135.

Defintely felt the bad shoulder and elbow today. On the flip side I did a couple sets of 5 muscle-ups to warm-up and they were the easiest it has ever been for me. I must be doing something right.

75-105-125-145-155 Attempted 165 on last and it did not move so had to go to 155.

45-55-60 (after unsuccesful 65)- 65-65. Tried 70 but no go. Was able to do it with push jerk.
