This one may have been my fault...I asked for CCC to post something easy and as usual...he didn't listen.

45.55 - first time I didn't have to scale anything- even the double unders. I also did an extra 10 burpees because I can't count.

Scaled to 25 reps after 3K in the pool...16:55 need work on double unders since this is first time in ages even jumping rope...

As rx'd: 30:00(PR). just to show how bad I am at double unders, i finished the burpees at 24 min. took me 6 minutes to finish the DU's!! one at a time baby, one at a time. thank you julie. I will remember this.

Touche, my friend. 44:21 w/ much scaling of K2Es and burps. I only had 10 good K2Es then they became Knees to Waist Level. 1/2 my burps were walked out and back.

P.S. How bout some PMCS on that hopper? I mean, what's a guy gotta do to pull a 5k? I'm just saying...

Walked about 30 of my burps.. I was hurting pretty bad by that point. and my supreme suckiness at double unders came out.. After about 5 min of flailing I just knocked out 50 high jumps.

30:12, but I scaled a bunch of exercises because of a hurt shoulder. Also, I forgot to do burpees. And I suck at double unders. I hate myself.

What a smoker! 49:59 as RX'ed...Started too strong trying to catch up with others and really did not pace myself. Almost passed out in ther middle of wall ball shots! had to take a 4 minute break or so...But gathered myself and finished without having to throw up!

Can't wait to see Wayne suffer when he makes up this WOD tomorrow!

Who in heck requested this WOD?!!

This sucked! I puked at least 3 times in my mouth...all during the burpees. Those things kicked my butt. I think it might have taken me close to 5 minutes to struggle through them.

Anyway, as rx'd 26:49 (PR by 4 minutes)

This was just as much not-fun as it was the 1st time.

Scaled BJs to step-ups & DUs to 3 skips for every DU.

It WAS great seeing a huge crowd today to knock out the WOD!! It was NOT great doing the WOD....

On an aside, practicing DUs prior to warmup everyday is paying off...can do SU/DUs for about 10-12 reps, then SUx3/DUx1 for about 20

This was OBE on Tue, but made it up on Fri:
49:03- ~10 min improvement over 7/30 effort. I improved all times except the double unders. I also punished myself by screwing up and using 55# vice 35# KB. Won't make that mistake again.
