I did the Navy PRT today- a relative rest day. Easily maxed pushups and situps, and run was solid too.

10 rounds, scaled to 20lb kettle and 10 lb wall ball. First time successfully completing box jumps without tripping!

Awesome workout, 20:00 min. doesn't see that long but when you give it all you have---it is definitely worth it.
