Make sure that you do the full CF warm-up and work some other skills and drills into it.

rested 10 min

2nd time = 1:32

I jumped rope a lot as a kid.

15:10 + about a million singles

First time really doing these in a work out. Max in a row was 9. Experimented with lots of different techniques trying to get into a rhythm.

I got about 25 double unders, then suffered massive rope wounds to my feet, shins and head.. So I just went out and ran 4.5 miles.

Double Unders? Not so much. Singles? Umm, not so much either until the kind guy at the gym gave me some pointers. After 25 minutes and many floggings I was sufficently sweaty and had done enough sets of 10 and 15 singles to call it a day.

forgot to start watch, but did 30:00, ~70-80 DU, hundreds of singles...was getting into a good rhythm for 10-15 singles...need a jumprope now too...and need to explain whip marks on my body
