As Rx'd, and did "strict" ring pullups (no kipping) just for giggles. i wasn't laughing on the third round though.
(160#, yes RW, that is my wt.). Also added double under skill work during "rest".

This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The lactic acid is still contracting the muscles in my arms!
