All--

Just so you know...Angie must be done in order. For example...all 100 pull-ups complete before moving to the push-ups, and so on. Enjoy her....

Upty - compare this time to 05/01/09 on B&G for our last Angie time.

This one seems like a ton of reps.

For folks that don't have the WC to get all 100 PUs, recommend:

First attempt as many PUs as possible with no assistance, record that number. Then do as many as you can with the blue band, then with the green, recording each number (You can do the same with the Gravitron or with jumping pull-ups). If you cannot complete all 100, that's fine, just write down the number you reach.

Then, I would do the same number on all the other exercises.

So if you move through bodyweight, then the blue band, then the green, and hit 63 pull-ups, do 63 of all the other exercises - you scaled this to 63%. If this is your first time doing this WOD, remember, you are establishing you starting point, so don't get hung up on it. Today's numbers are you baseline - the imprtant numbers are the ones you post next time, when you can show your IWCABTMD.

Felt good coming out of the pullups, but ran out of steam on the floor...painful

I was pretty surprised how much pull-ups and push-ups could wear how the abs. Sit-ups were a little tougher than I thought they would be.

Anyway, as rx'd- 9:33

First time doing this WOD. I liked it. It played to my strengths...which of course means tomorrow won't!

Did 1 hour cycling class then Angie. Might not have been my brightest decision, so I did 75 of each, focused on truly getting the chin up on pullups and not dropping to a knee on an pushups. Squats after cycling sucks. 15:37

And no, Damon, tomorrow will not play to your mutant-like strengths, I assume you.

Today was the German Proficiency Badge roadmarch.

As rx'd, 15.6miles w/23lb ruck in 3:52.

I forgot how much 'fun' roadmarches are. Thanks Glen for keeping us both sane!

35:01 with PUs scaled to 80 b/c my arms stopped working. Mostly. Used varied bands (green, blue, grey and blue and green together).

pullups killed me, battled through all 100, but 60% were singles and a few doubles and chinups in for intenstity...concentrated on full ROM on both pullups and pushups

hands are hamburger...thankful no pullups in the WOD tomorrow lol

As Rx'ed: 17:30. Another good workout. Pull-ups took of more than half the time for me--not good.

took me 20 minutes to do the pull ups and only 10 to finish out the rest. ran two miles before starting WOD also.
