great group this afternoon. 190 (PR by 30#'s). attempted 200, almost got it.

I think the warranty has run out on this body because everything is breaking. I woke up this morning with so much pain in my left hand I couldn't even close it. Even though it loosened up over the course of the day I decided to skip this WOD. Rode 20 miles on my tri-bike instead. Figured in aero position I wouldn't put any pressure on the hand. Hopefully I can purchase a warranty extension this weekend and be back in the game next week.

Stayed at 185 because my form was not there. I was doing a power clean and dropping into a front squat.

need to someone to watch me to on this one to make sure I'm doing it right - felt like an explosive dead to try to float the bar and get under??

Sorry for late post, trying to catch up...

1st time doing squat cleans for weight, so started light.

95, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175

I was about tapped out at 175, although my form kept improving.
