As many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

7 reps, Deadlift, bodweight
7 reps, Bench press, 2/3 bodyweight
7 reps, Squat Clean, 1/2 bodyweight

Modified the WOD a little...

Deadlift
1x5 @ 40% 1Rm
1x5 @ 50% 1rm
1x5 @ 60%
1x5 @ 70%
1x3 @ 80%
1x3 @ 85% = 315lbs

Then...

10 min AMRAP of today's WOD
BW = 190
5 rds + (bench and 4 sqt cleans) rxd

I was on pace for 10 through 2 minutes, then something happened.

Only had two bars, so it slowed me down. Limited effort on CLNs due to injury.

BW = 178

DL=183 (103%)
BP=120 (67%)
CLN=95 (53%)

This was a bit more difficult that I expected.

Underestimated this WOD. 8 rounds complete...the last three rounds took me nine minutes.

As rx'd: 11 and 2/3 rounds (about to start squat cleans) BW 160#.
160# DL
110# Bench
80# Squat cleans.
1st ten minutes felt pretty good, then bombed the 2nd half (only 4 rnds). Overall though, I liked the workout b/c it emphasizes the whole power to weight (BW) ratio.

Phil - you are not supposed to use your weight in Jr High! This WOD is based on your actual weight.

what can i say...its my version of scaling. danggit, i'm busted. I've been using my pre-usma wt for years...i like strong arms...

As Rx'ed: (BW=195): DL=195#, BW=135#, CLN=100#. 10 rounds (actually 2 reps shy, but who's counting).

I used today to makeup my 95# suck, and it did. 56:33 as Rx'd.

IWCABTMD: last time I scaled to 65# 1/2 way through the 18 round.

I modified this WOD with Ryan (RW).
Deadlift:

1x5 @ 40% of 1RM = 135
1x5 @ 50% 155
1x5 @ 60% 175
1x5 @ 70% 200
1x3 @ 80% 225
1x3 @ 85% 245

Then

10 min AMRAP of Today's WOD
BW=190
5 rds + 7 DLs as RXd
