MEG: Glad Heather and I did this one together. Modified to 4 sets, scaled to 4 ring pullups/dips (feet on ground to pull up, dips with box under toes) per muscle up=28 each with 21 burpees. A few times Heather caught me, so I jumped off rings and finished with jumping dips, so I doubled up on whatever was left of dips to account for the jump. I started with burpees and it sucked to finish with dips--definately broke form. 32:58

Just to confirm- 4 ring dips and 4 ring pull ups = 1 muscle up?

Had to scale to:
5 rounds of 10 regular pull ups, 10 regular dips, 21 burpees.
Time: 21:35
I am pretty sure the jumps on my final burpees resembled mild convulsions.

Wow, this was rough. Anyone who can finish this one as rx'd is definitely CrossFit "Fit!"

Had to scale a little bit, especially after I tore the skin off both palms...
1st Rnd: 6 MU and 1 slight jump MU
2nd Rnd: 2 MU and 5 box jump MU
3-5 Rnd: 7 box jump MU
Did burpees as rx. You know it is bad when you actually look forward to doing the burpee just to be done with the MU.
