Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

Muscle-ups, 2 reps
Handstand Push-ups, 4 reps
2-Pood (70#) Kettlebell swings, 8 reps

What's the best way to scale hand stand push ups? Elevated wall push-ups?

You can either do the elevated psuh-ups or you could do shoulder presses....whatever weight you can get four of in one shot on the first round.

substituted 3 ring p/us and 3 ring dips for one muschle up...finished eight rounds.

Gary, i scaled by doing negative handstand pushups (ie: i tried to slow my descent so I didn't break my neck)

This was a tough one...covered in sweat, but you all did it and know that!

This was a great workout. I haven't sweat that hard since...last week. Phil certainly made this one look easy though.

Did 8 2/3 rounds. I did a bit of a jump on my M/Us. Not my favorite workout. Obviously, there is room for improvement.
