What's the best way to scale hand stand push ups? Elevated wall push-ups?

Gary,

You can either do the elevated psuh-ups or you could do shoulder presses....whatever weight you can get four of in one shot on the first round.

CrossFit Endurance class: still on for Wed 1330. I know at least 2 people that want a m/u day- I will let you know.

Today, I did a makeup of Jonesworthy as Rx'd 31:51.

Gary, i scaled by doing negative handstand pushups (ie: i tried to slow my descent so I didn't break my neck)

This was a tough one...covered in sweat, but you all did it and know that!

Phil -- you are an animal!

As rx'd: 9 rounds

This was a great workout. I haven't sweat that hard since...last week. Phil certainly made this one look easy though.

Did 8 2/3 rounds. I did a bit of a jump on my M/Us. Not my favorite workout. Obviously, there is room for improvement.
