40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

Okay, I take back what I said about Phil's programming...this was tough!

Scaled the snatch's to 30# since this was our first time. I'll probably do 35 or as rxl'd next time.

The L Pulls were murder! I scaled with tied off jump ropes, but think next time I'll start with L-pulls and go to kip-ups when I can't do anymore.

Did the L pullups on the rings. I would've kipped if I knew how to kip and L, so just did strict L's. For the record I hate them with a passion.

Terrible workout. I did 2.5 rounds (did not complete last set of L pull-ups). Additionally, my L pull-ups were assisted by tied off jump rope...I truly want to forget about this one.

Obviously Phil didn't find this workout hard enough if he was doing his L Pull-ups on the rings!

This was the first time doing the dumbell snatches, so scaled them to 30#. Chris and I agreed that we will crank it up a little next time.

As sick as it is, I like L-pullups; however, a 126 of them in less than 25 minutes is insane!

This WOD was tough - 39:52. I scaled to 25# snatches which I need to work on overall but they looked very sloppy on the last round. I also scaled the final two rounds of pullups to kipping pullups.

Although I did it as Rx'd, my body was cursing me out the whole time. If I didn't have a son named Joshua, I'd never want to see that name again.

Phil, really...why make this exercise any more difficult. You're a stud.

I did a Nicole makeup from las week: 8 rounds, 5 pullups/round. It was hot out there...
