This always seem like such an easy movement when we are teaching the foundations class. That PVC pipe is soooo easy, but add the weight and you really feel it at the end of 7 sets...

7sets at 315# (PR)

Great showing this afternoon. Glad to see some of the 10-01 are coming out and give CrossFit a try.

I did Nate and this exercise on the same day. Got 345 - not a PR, but good enough considering.
