Used 40 lb dumbell, 20:57.
(this time I didn't screw up the score like on Farm Fun - which should have been 37 not 166!)

I looked up POOD on wikipedia... it's about 36 pounds (some wacky Russian measuring system abolished in 1924). Why are we using that unit of measure?

About the Pood thing...that is what CFHQ calls them...I guess 35# is good, huh?

21:37, but had to scale about half of the pull-ups to jumping pull-ups
