Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Pullups were the limitter, but that was more unassisted pullups I've done in a wod so far.

Push-ups slowed me down, my shoulders were smoked after the last two days!

Cindy, as Rx'd, with pullups on the rings. Jeremy and I staggered our starts, using one set of rings. This forced us to keep a consistent, if higher pace, while working so we didn't screw each other over.
