sub'd step-ups for box jumps, which i'm sure raised my score a little more than normal.

Meg-Don't recommend this when you're by yourself--it's hard to motivate (even with Metallica playing). Followed behind someone doing FGB for the 2nd time today (8/7), and he improved his score. Wow.
8lb ball, 45x1 35x2 sumo, step ups, 35x1 30x2 PP, double unders. (Need a rowing tutorial). 141 pts without calorie count. Should have done 40 lb sumos, maybe stayed with 35 lb PP.

I did Cindy Thur evening (w/ wk #3 CFE skills), and FGB Sat AM- impressive croud.
Improved my score by 21 points.
New score: 215.

Jamie Rae came out for it, and had an unscaled 1st effort of 241.

Thanks for the support from those who are rocking the 300's. I do appreciate it. You know who you are.

292, PR by 2 points. I did Joshie last night at 2000, followed by FGB 11 hours later, so next time I think I can break 300

Wasn't sure if I could do it after such a tough week, but finally broke 300. Scored 311. I have to thank Phil for all of the pain this week. Horrible, but awesome. Glutton for punishment I guess.
