I think the air squat warm-ups at Foundations got the blood pumping.

Definitely felt the effects of the filthy 50 from yesterday. My lower back was tired and I started losing my MLS on the last couple. That's a scary feeling.

It was nice knocking this one out in the morning and having the afternoon off...

We knocked out some good weight today: 265-275x4.

On my last one, I went too low and the weight came ALL the way down. Good thing Damon was there to slow it's descent.
