Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

I can think of a few other "f" words to describe the "filthy fifty" today, but they probably aren't appropriate for this blog!

As rx'd (after Phil and Jeremy explained to me that knee to elbow wasn't the 'steam engine')

Time: 31:42 (however, some dude with more rank than me stopped me mid-routine and wanted to talk for 90 seconds about triathlons so really closer to 30:12 but I don't want to make excuses!)
