Forward lunge (exaggerated foot pulls on one side) 3 x 10 each

WOD:

4 x 30 sec @ 94-96 cadence
1 drill (choice)
1 x 2 min @ 91 cadence

Did my 3rd CFE skill set of the week, and then WOD as rx'd: 33:57
Need to get consecutive double unders figured out. Getting better.

I did CFE work on Saturday. Was actually getting to be able to hold the cadence.

Made this one up on Sunday.
