FRIDAY 090703

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Handstand push-ups, 5 reps
One-legged squats, alternating legs, 10 reps
Sit-ups, 15 reps

If you rach muscle failure or cannot do handstand push-ups, hold yourself in a handstand for a total of one minute.

If you have a hard time with one-legged squats, stand in a doorway and use it for assistance.

8 total sets took just over 20 min. 7 minus situps for actual score. I used the 1 min hold vice 5 pushes, and I'm sure my 1 leg squat form needs work. 6 miles earlier helps me feel better about the leg work.
