1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

Did not know if you noticed the article in the CF Journal that posted today "Toward Better Military PT Tests" and if you had any thoughts??? I know you must have ideas.
Finally back from DisneyWorld. Good luck on the WOD today and that Iron Major comp/WOD sounded pretty gnarly. Awesome. Crabwalks would be the death of me with two titanium pins in the wrist and a ligament clip. Knocked out "Karen" to get back in the mindset. TIME as RXd = 13:55 outside over the garage.

I did this one from home (w/ no C2 and only a 25# KB):
-1 hour run
-CFWU w/ blue band pullups & dips, no back extensions
-Bergener wu
45# SDHP x 50 (for 500m row)
25# KBS x 21 (for 55#)
45# Overhead press (for handstand pushups- not there yet).
All x3 for 20:50 total time
