50 Pull-ups
35 Wall-ball shots
35 Pull-ups
20 Wall-ball shots
20 Pull-ups

Use 20 pound medicine ball launched to a target ten feet above the ground.

Special Note: Monday's WOD is going to look VERY similar to the Iron Major competition for Eagle Owl.......perhaps we could all meet at the airfield at 1600 on Monday to knock it out? I mean, wouldn't it be a great STRATCOM event if a bunch of us showed up to compete in our Iron Major CrossFit shirts?
