Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:

750 meter Row
20 Handstand Push-ups

115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 L-Pull-ups

Post time to comments.

So you do the FIRST couplet twice, then the SECOND couplet twice. If you just did this twice, it would say Two Rounds For Time.......

It was great to meet some of you yesterday as you have a great thing going. Awesome ideas and innovation for warriors.

Will be out of the net in Oklahoma for the CrossFit Jenks 2nd Annual Berry Farm CrossFit Competition & BBQ. Should be fun and a good smoker. Off to DisneyWorld for a couple weeks after that. Really hope to get in some good fun WODs with you on return.

Good luck on the HSPUs and L pull-ups today. They always put a whippin on me. Gotta love CrossFit.

Okay, this sucked after yesterday....

OkieDB. Thanks for coming by, and thanks for buying a t-shirt. SHOULD WOULD BE GREAT if others supported the cause too....>hint<

First couplet took me 14:21, as Rx'd

Second took me 17:34. I dropped down to 95# after the first ten thrusters of each set. Legs were smoked after yesterday and the arms were smoked after the HSPU.

I got up at 0430 and took the wife to the airport, so I was tired. Are you tired? Tough week? Are you gonna skip it, or do you have the mental fortiture to knock this out?

First couplet took 14:17- but did no handstand pushups, just regular pushups. Second couplet was 18:02, but of course quite scaled on weight as well.

Knocked this out on Friday.
Scaled the Thrusters to 75# and didn't do strict L pull ups but got my legs up into the L by the end of the pullup.
