As Many Rounds in Twenty Minutes of:

2 x Muscle-ups
4 x Handstand Push-ups
8 x 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

If you are working on muscle-ups, sub scaled muscle-ups. If not, sub 4 pull-ups and 4 dips per muscle-up.

Completed 10 rounds + 4 Pull Ups + 4 Dips.

I substituted Pull Ups and Dips for the Muscle Ups and used 1.5 pood KB. Also after 4 rounds my HSPU went from just okay to terrible. I worked the skill on subsequent rounds.

As Rx'd, but my muscle ups got really bad after the 4th or 5th round. Had to do a sort of kipping version, so I guess that's a fault on me. Doing it in uniform definitely didn't help. No excuse sir.
