With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed!

Last PR was 13+ something, been a while. Losing 10lbs didn't hurt.

Followed with 5x400m run, about 8min mile pace. Too nice of a day not to enjoy outdoors!
