THURSDAY 090507

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed!

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Seeing a lot of hits here, but very few posts. Posting is essential for a community to grow and thrive. Local posts are great for encouagement, ideas and suggestions that you would have to sort through hundreds of posts to find on the main site. If you are a newbie, or an experienced CF'er I encourage you to log on and comment on whatever you are doing, someone will benefit from it.

15+5 (PR)

Last PR was 13+ something, been a while. Losing 10lbs didn't hurt.

Followed with 5x400m run, about 8min mile pace. Too nice of a day not to enjoy outdoors!
