For Time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

For this WOD, you do not partition the exercises. You complete all 100 pull-ups prior to moving on to the pull-ups, and so on....

Greenband pullups. Over 1/2 of tot time for pullups alone. Underestimated how much harder the other exercises are after pullups.
