FRIDAY 090515

With a continously running clock:

Do one 135-pound squat clean the first minute, two the second and so on. You can re-grip, but you cannot let go of the bar in between reps (you can let go in between rounds). Once you fault, remove twenty pounds and restart. Continue using 95, and 75 pounds. Record total number of rounds in comments.

Ladies start at 95 pounds, work down the same way, 75, 65, and 45 pounds.

If you are having a tough time figuring out where to start, take your load from "The Bear" on Wesnesday and start there.

First we do one rep right, then two, then three, then we put a watch to it.

Expect the stop watch next week!

Post loads and rounds completed to comments.

It pays to follow the directions: we missunderstood and executed as follows- 1 rep & hold bar for rest of minute, 2 reps & hold bar for rest of minute, etc... Or faults were based on the holds, and not on the lifts. Had we done it right, our numbers would have been a lot higher.
75 - 5
65 - 4
55 - 4
45 - 5
When I learned our mistake, I did another set of 45 the right way and got up to 7. Did not finish 8 within next minute.
