Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups

Okay, now that I am as smart as my daughter about logging in...

I did Danny along with the main site, as Rxd 2+30+13, ouch. I may give it a go again today.

We have 21 applicants for 20 slots in the May cert, so your odds are good! Thanks for everyone's interest, looking forward to reading the essays. We neglected SAMS in the application process, so expect a delay in the results. I will attmpt to announce winners by COB Friday.
