I usually attack the WU in one of five ways -

1. Standard warm-up
2. Burgner warm-up - usually on days where either cleans or snatches are involved. I try and use this warm-up once a week in order to train the transfer skill associated with the lifts.
3. Standard warm-up, but modified. If there is a day that has about 100 PUs, etc I will pull some stuff out of the WU.
4. Replace exercises to focus on some weaknesses. Instead of PUs and DPs, I will throw MUs in. Add in HSPUs. Replace sit-ups with ankles to bars....you get the point.

Finally, you can use the CFE warm-up if it is a "running" day.
