Rest Day.

Do you keep a log of your workouts? You should! There are several ways to do it....there is the good old fashioned "green book" we all carry around, or there are sites like Beyond the White Board (www.beyondthewhiteboard.com) that you can use to record and track your progress.

Take a look at the counter at the bottom.....either my mom REALLY loves me and doesn't want me to feel like a failure, or more people than just me are visiting this site......

Awesome work down there. Like the initiative of getting Majors trained on CF who then can go out and influence change. We are slowly but surely doing the same up here....so that the Majors have LTs that understand their intent/concept for PT. Looking forward to the new CF/functional training room in Arvin...should be reality by the end of this month. Also, we have the level1 cert next weekend and a Gymn. cert in May...so we have come along way.

Dave--Good stuff going on there. I'm going to Navy ILE in the spring maybe I'll get one started there as well. Black and Gold CrossFit is going strong. Had 27,000 hits since January. New T-shirts are coming this week. Let me know if you want one. If anyone down there wants one, they will be up on the site shortly.

Chris V. is almost done with the Black and Gold CF room, I went down and checked out his welding yesterday. Let me know if you get back up here anytime soon.
