"Tabata Something Else"

Complete eight rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:

Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Air Squats

No rest in between, move from one exercise to the next. This should take you sixteen (not thirty-two) minutes from start to end.

Whatever your LOWEST number of repititions for each exercise is your score.
