3 Clean and Jerk (anyhow)
135 lbs50m Overhead Carry (135 lbs)


Scale weight as neccessary.
Do MUs off knees using only your tip-toes to get through the transitions.

Okay, this was brutal.

Had to scale to 95#.

1st round, got through the MUs, after that I had to scale them.
